Design Engineer - Mechanical, Solidworks, Machinery, Design, automation JOB TITLE: Mechanical Design Engineer - Solidworks ROLE: Contract DURATION: 3-6 months LOCATION: Somerset RATE: £25p/h THE ROLE Due to increased and ongoing workload, my client, a leading manufacturer is looking for a mechanical design engineers to join its team. The role is initially a 3 - 6 month contract. As a mechanical design engineer for this organisation you will use Solidworks and be responsible for the design, detailing and reverse engineering of specialist machinery. CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE The mechanical design engineer will ideally be qualified to HNC level in mechanical design or equivalent. The successful candidate will be an experienced user of Solidworks and have experience in the design of specialist machinery.
